The Roof's Foundation failed.!

When roofs are not vented properly, we are much more likely to find loosened nails, roofing nail pops, softened spongy OSB and warped or delaminated plywood. Below are a pictures of issues on the roof that are the result of issues under the roof surface. Proper repairs to this foundation are crucial to get the max life out of the NEW roof. When nails are shot into old, dried out, brittle planks, they often break out spots, and the nails end up "popping". After 8-10 years. The roof deck shown in the pictures below had 20 nail pops after only 10 years. How long do you want your roof to be worry free?
