ACCIDENTAL Quality

One of my clients gave me a card after we were done with his roof. What it said aligns well with my experiences, and very much come in line with our company vision, it said.

This card is what I use here at the hospital to acknowledge those that I "notice". This is probably the first time I have given it to a Contractor... but you deserve it! From the start your word has been honest, Great communication and your work (That I can see from the ground) ha ha, is EXCEPTIONAL. Didn't want this job to end without extending my gratitude!
